Hello. I am a 32 year old professional female and im looking for a roommate. I live in North mpls, bought my house 5 months ago and having a roommate would make things easier for me financially. I'm a very quiet person and keep to myself and would prefer someone who respects my need for quiet. I have 2 cats and no other pets are allowed. I have an entire basement w/bedroom with a bathroom that could be yours to rent, the only reason I'd really need to be in the basement is to do laundry. $850/month. Split utilities
