I’m moving out May 27th and need someone to take over my 1 bedroom lease. Up to 3 people can live in the unit and it’s pet friendly! Apartment is on the 12th floor and overlooks the city! Apartment includes: balcony, walk in closet, tile floors, plenty of storage, and brand new kitchen appliances.
Complex includes: indoor pool, gym, rooftop patio, theatre, event room, package room, and front desk security.
Utilities for June will be paid for.
