Rm for Singles, Trained Support Dogs

Furnished bedroom and living room available; I have two bedrooms for single renters.
Guide/Support dogs are welcome, if you can show that they are trained. I am very allergic to dog dander and highly allergic to cats, but will do my best to offer the accommodation for dogs.
There will be a full fridge and kitchenette available to you in your living area.
There is no full kitchen available at this time for tenants.
You will have a shared bathroom that is across the hall from the bedrooms.
The laundry room is shared.
I'm looking for professional persons who work at least 3-4 days of the week.
You should be able to provide your own transportation.
Non-smokers only, as I cannot handle big smells of smoke or perfumes.
Three references are needed.
Small gatherings are negotiable.
