Hi, I am looking for a female subleaser for a single, private room in a B1-2 bedroom unit at Argyle House on Dinnaken Properties. The apartment is available from mid-May (after May 16) to August 3. The rent is $830.00 per month except August. The August rent is $80.50 because the move out date is August 3 at noon (12pm). The apartment includes utilities such as water, heat, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is spacious and storage space in the bedroom as well as in the apartment. The Argyle building has a several study rooms, a fitness room, and a communal laundry room. It is located in Stadium Village and is a 5-10 minute walk from the University of Minnesota campus. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well as a CVS at a walkable distance. The neighboring bedroom is occupied by one female university student.
