Into DIY projects, gardening, games, variety of tv shows and movies.
We have 2 Australian shepherds. and 1 cat so would be best if you don't have allergies.

We aren't clean freaks but clean up messes as needed. We do have a renovation project going and tools etc may be in the main home areas.
Very much clean up after yourself so others don't have to type of mindset.

We currently have 1 roommate already so there will be 4 of us in total when this space is filled. He is a male, 20's, introverted and keeps to himself most of the time.

The 2 of us work from home and are around a lot. We tend to be working in the office, or on projects, playing music or video games.

We try and be quiet(er) from 10pm-10am but really isn't an issue.

Ideal Candidate would be:
Solo renter
No pets no pet allergies
No cigarettes/drugs in house(420 openly accepted)

Creative type

We will need to meet at the house to see if we and the animals are a good match.
