Looking For A Roommate

i do not live there yet. i could afford it on my own but its more logical to have a roomate and save up some money. i will pay 50/50 or 60/40 or 70/30, i am 18, pronouns she her, just graduated high school, working a full time job, and I'm looking to get out of my parents house. i do have a cat, he's super calm though, very shy at first and will most likely hide from you for a week or two, hes your basic fat, lazy cat. i have some apartment viewings set up for next week, im looking at some 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms on brewster street. it would be super great to figure out a roommate situation and then sign. i will handle furnishing.
