Hi everyone, I’m subletting my private room in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment at Pavilion On Berry!! The lease starts from August 7th 2023 and ends at August 7th 2024, you only need to fill in the application once. You'll share bathroom with another housemates.
For the price, it will be: $658 per month + electricity - around $20 a month. The apartment is fully furnished so you will not need to buy any equipments and kitchen appliances! If you need anything, I can leave essential furnitures back to you as well!
