Rent Varies by room size and amenities/features. There are 4 rooms available for rent. We are offering non-shared rooms (private rooms). 2 (two) of the rooms will have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor (has tub/shower, sink, and toilet). You will have a bedroom with a window, built in desk and chair in some rooms) and a built closet and/or dresser, and shared access to common areas of the home.

The 1st room/Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor with private shower and toilet is $900 a month. Has a Queen bed. Utilities will be split (1/5) and typically about $100 per month. (Please use within reason: water, heat, a/c and electricity, trash, sewage). Laundry is onsite (please bring your own high efficiency (HE) detergent etc...). *Internet is currently not included (Service can be set-up and added to rent - WiFi (see rental agreement). There Will be Internet service.

The 2nd Room on the 2nd floor has a Queen size bed and work desk for $800 a month. There is a shared bathroom for this room (2nd floor bathroom).

The 3rd room on the 2nd floor has a twin size bed and is $700 a month. This room has a built in closet and window. There is a shared bathroom for this room (2nd floor bathroom).

The 4th room is another Master Bedroom located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and is $1100 a month. This room has a king size fits well. This room has a double vanity and steam stand up shower and toilet. Office nook and seating nook. Walk in closets (2).
