Room for rent in walkable neighborhood

Renting a room in three bedroom, one bathroom house. Amenities include off street parking, non-coin laundry, fully furnished living room with an Apple TV, dining room, decent sized kitchen, porch, full backyard with a fire pit and a basement with a chest freezer. Landlord is very responsive and usually solves repairs within 48 hours.

No central air but window AC unit is provided. Split cost for all utilities. Lawn mowing, snow removal and shared chores are required. No pets.

The smallest third bedroom being used for an office on WFH days, can potentially make into a shared office.

Library, coffee shop, brewery, Mexican restaurant and Icy Cup all are within 10 min walking distance. Also very close to downtown Saint Paul.

30 year old professional working in marketing. I don’t have any children or pets but have family who live close by that will visit. Having one family member visit from out of the country this summer that will stay in the shared office for 2 weeks.
