You would have the entire HUGE (beautifully furnished) private ground floor (with gas fireplace) that walks out to a covered patio overlooking lake/trees. This level has a large, eat-in bar. That is also a mini-kitchen with many lighted cabinets, sink, dishwasher, small fridge, wine cooler, and huge counters.
Large, furnished bedroom looks at lake with wall TV. There is a private bath (shower), with huge storage cabinet. There is another private storage room in the hall. On this level is a shared exercise room with treadmill, TV, weight bench, and weights.
You also have full access to the upstairs (also a ground level) with attached garage for your car. (There is a bus stop and shopping 1 block away.) Here is a huge kitchen with marble counters (and room for your food), dining room, my bedroom/bath and guestroom/bath, living room and a study.
All utilities are included (internet, cable TV, streaming channels, softened water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, lawn care, snow removal and security system).
1 friendly cat lives here does she not like other animals. Smoking is fine but outside only please. Rent and lease length negotiable.
