1 room for rent

Hi, my name is Alexis and my boyfriend's name is Brendan. We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on the edge of St. Paul, MN. I hope to add another bathroom soon! We have 3 dogs and a cat, all trained and nice animals. We have a nicely renovated house with a fenced in yard and a 3 season porch. Animals are welcome! We are 23 years old, but have had other tenants before and are willing to be flexible. I try my best to be a respectful roommate and hope you can do the same. We both work as EMTs at night so we sleep in the daytime. We don't like to make too much noise and are a fairly quiet couple. Please ask any questions as I am willing to answer almost anything!
