I have security cameras and outdoor lights. I have 2 dogs. My dog probably will not welcome another one. I have a small house located between 2 parks, by a school. Near the I29/I35 merge by Gladstone/NKC. North of the river in KCMO. Nice back deck and fire pit for relaxing. I am a quiet person. Looking for the same. I love the outdoors and take lots of summer kayak trips. I have extra kayaks if you like that kind of thing and want to tag along.
Rent is 700 and we split the utilities. I do all yard maintenance but when it snows i would appreciate a little shovel help. :)
