Seeking roommate

I'm located in south Springfield. I'm clean and responsible. I'm seeking a roommate that's the same. I've lived here for going on 4 years. I have an amazing landlord. It's a great location! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced yard. You'd have your own room and bathroom. I do have an alpha female dog. She's very sweet, but unfortunately will not accept a female dog and is selective with males. She's great with cats. In addition to rent, we'd split the utilities.
