Looking For Roommate.

It’s a 2bd, 1 1/2 bath apartment, but the living room is completely available with a comfortable couch that has a bed like part attached. Rent and utilities would be split. Anything else we can make negotiations on concerning money use. We do have a few basic rules, but that’s about it, and those can be discussed upon.
