One bedroom available in Historic NE neighborhood

Hello! We have one bedroom available in our spacious, historic Northeast home, 10 minutes from downtown and River Market. Our home features a fenced-in backyard with patio, firepit, big front porch, formal dining room, large living room, kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, and four bedrooms, two baths. The house is currently furnished, however the room is not.

Rent is $450 per room + a flat $135 for utilities.

Currently, there are three roommates, two male, one female. We are LGBTQ-friendly and giving preference to female applicants but open to everyone.

We are especially interested in renting to creative folks who are community-oriented with common interests such as travel, social justice, music, arts, literature, and the environment. Ideal candidates are professional, clean/tidy, have a stable work history, and are respectful of others including neighbors from diverse backgrounds.

We’re NOT accepting tenants with pets.
