The room is approximately 10x12ft., 8 ft. ceilings, plus an additional 2x6 closet for storage space. Of course you’ll have full access to the entire living space, the kitchen, living, and dining room. And one of the two hallway closets will be yours, for additional storage.

High speed google fiber internet. Close washer and dryer access, the laundry building is next door and has two washers and two dryers. Both with a coin-less, app start option. There are several other laundry rooms within the unit. The apartments are nice, recently replaced new siding, new patios, and a new roof. Management is great, maintenance is on point. I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t fixed quickly.

The neighbors around me have lived here for years, I know most of them. Most of the people here are older. I’ve had no problems with theft or violence of any kind. It’s a third story, but really a two story, because the bottom floor apartments are underground. There are 2 apartments below. From the ground you go up 19 steps, basically 6 steps 3 times.

I do not do drugs or even drink for the most part. I do smoke cigarettes, but very rarely smoke inside. I have company over every once in a while, but not often just because I’m so busy. I don’t mind if you have someone over all the time, I just ask you know the person you invite over. I will extend the same courtesy.

I’m originally from Ohio but I’ve lived in Missouri for nearly 13 years now. I’ve been in this apartment for around 6 years now. I'm very easy to get along with.
