1 bedroom apartment North Plaza/Westport

I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease starting either June 1st or July 1st. Can talk about sooner as needed too. It is a great 1 bedroom 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit and a patio. It does have a gated parking lot and secure access into the building. Dogs are allowed with a small pet rent per month. I am looking to leave the bedroom furniture if you would like it for a negotiable price, as well as the 2 chairs and patio lounge chair. I have the lease until Nov 30th 2023, but looking to move out much sooner with you taking over the lease. The option to stay longer is available through the property company.
