Bachelor Pad

Welcome to The Anime Palace, a small community of guys who have become good friends living together. Most of us are single 20-somethings figuring out our next stage in life, and enjoying the process. We're not loud or party-types, a lot of weeks we don't see a whole lot of each other and just mind our own business, but other weeks we have hour+ conversations in the kitchen or front room, and we do try to grill or something once a month. Watching anime together and going to the gym are semi-regular occurrences.

We like to keep the house clean which means you will have assigned chores as part of the housing arrangement and contract, (you have to pay fees if you don't do them)- helps keep the place nice for everyone. We want a roommate who pushes us to be better in this area (and in general, others as well).

The master bedroom is about 15x12, the cheaper room (sorry the photos are dark) is about 10x10. There's also plenty of space in the indoor and outdoor common areas to hang out in, where we have furniture, 2 TVs (in different rooms), and kitchenware provided.

No pets allowed, but you do need to be okay with dogs because I also do dog sitting and we have a steady flow of different ones coming through. The yard is great for them, and they spend a lot of time out there, but it's definitely part of life at the house. If you want to get in on the business, I sometimes have paying work when I need an extra hand.

Utilities are included- water, gas/electric, trash, internet, security system, laundry access, some streaming subscriptions, etc. Also, there's often free food of some sort being distributed on a fairly regular basis.

After that, you will need to pass a $40 background check in order to be approved, but usually move-in can happen immediately afterwards.
