Room For Rent

Large quiet room in quiet neighborhood. with private bath and super large closet. Convenient to hospitals , airport and many other businesses in metropolitan area. Home is located in Southaven, MS, just across the state line from Memphis. There is public transportation once you cross the state line into Memphis. I have 2 cats which are outside most of the time.. I live a very quiet life and would like someone with same interests.

This house is about 12 years old and in very good shape and I am the only other person living here. The bath room is right across the hall from the room to be rented, it has a very nice, large shower and is very private! I have lived here about 2 1/2 years and have found the neighborhood to be very quiet and convenient. if you need a reference from me I will be happy to supply you with one.  Parking off street. 1 car please!
