The home is located on a half an acre on the edge of city limits in Eureka, Montana. Beautiful mountain views from the front and back yard. Covered back porch. Low-income individuals are encouraged to apply. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. All basic household supplies are provided such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags etc. Cleaning is provided once a week for the shared areas with the ability to have your bedroom floor cleaned and garbage taken out for you. All utilities are included even Wi-Fi. Month to month to begin with, then a lease is available. All tenants have completed background checks. Friendly, caring community living!
