Need Rooommate For Gorgeous Million Dollar Home

I have a gorgeous brand new home i'm moving into and I am looking for a roommate. It's a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom built May 2022 that will be ready in mid-June 2022. I would be your pnly other roommate. Rent is $2300 (rental/lease will be month to month). Water, gas, trash, electric, internet, cable, washer/dryer all included in rent. The location is 1 mile from downtown Napa. Includes your own bedroom with closet and bathroom, shared living room, kitchen, and backyard garden. You must be clean and tidy as I like to always have a presentable home. No smoking. No pets. No overnight guests. The place is pretty quiet and relaxing for another professional.
