Looking to fill two private bedrooms in a 3 bdr/2 bath home starting 03/01/23. Current residents are a single, 30 yr old female professional and small dog. Dog is kept in pen/separate room when owner is away.

- $1000 + split utilities/month
- Initial 6 month lease with options to extend (no price increase through 05/2024)
- Females preferred
- Private, unfurnished 1 bedroom + 1 shared bathroom for 2 roommates
- All common/shared spaces are furnished
- House contains 2 living rooms
- Appliances include refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker
- In unit washer/dryer + additional storage space in garage and outdoor unit
- Fenced in yard + covered outdoor patio
- 20-25 minute walk to downtown
- Non-smoking premises
- Small dog in the home, no additional pets
