Patti’s room

I have a three-story townhouse. The first floor would be yours. The second floor is the common living area, living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and balcony. The third floor is mine and my 32-year-old son. We are on the third floor 80% of the time. It truly is like having your own place. He is super chill and a gamer. He smokes outside. I am looking for a LONG TERM roommate. I have a housekeeper two times a month, which would include your room and bathroom . You would be responsible for a third of the PG&E. All other utilities are included. With rent, PGE and Housekeeper the total is around 1400 to 1450 a month total. Thank you!
