Looking for 1 person to fill 2 private rooms

Hey there friends! I've got a fabulous house in Graham, NC that I think you're gonna love! I am just 30 minutes from Durham/Chapel Hill, 20 minutes from Hillsborough, and 30 minute from Greensboro.

I have two bedrooms upstairs and am looking for one person who would like both rooms. Second room for an office, private living room, game room, whatever! You basically have the whole top floor and your own bathroom/shower. $1250 flat a month. These numbers reflect rent, electricity, internet, water, etc. The number does not fluctuate monthly. You have access thrbliving room, dining room, kitchen, porch, half bath, and back yard. There is one extra driveways space and then a street spot. The bedrooms already have Roku TV’s included!

I’d be willing to negotiate if a couple was interested.

Oh, and did I mention I have two adorable dogs? They're the only furry friends allowed, so it's a perfect match if you're a dog lover! Just a heads up, though, I prefer a peaceful atmosphere, so no children, please.

Move in July 1 or sooner.

I’m looking for a working, mature professional, a student, or even a retired older person! I prefer the ages of 23-65, and ideally not people who bring a lot of people over or is big into partying 🙂

Upside to this place: Almost same size a two bedroom but you don’t have to deal with neighbors, significant rent increases, crappy landlords, etc. The cost of a one bedroom in this economy starts between $1300-$1400 just for the rent, and doesn’t include utilities.
