Within a gated community, pool, small gym, theater

Room don't have lights bc it's the sun soon, but if you have a lamp and plug it into the outlet with the switch you can have a light that you can turn on and off. Need a clean and tidy roommate. Good communication within the whole house hold. Kitchen and living room is a shared space, same with the bathroom. We prefer to not have pets but will have exceptions if your willing to pay the extra fee. Pet must be up to date on shots. Room is unfurnished and can fit a twin or full size bed nicely if placed correctly also with a dresser and the lamp fit fine. Blinds in the room are broken bc of last roommate so please be careful with them. I can show u how to open and close them till I fix them. Door is also wonky with key.
