Private Suite with Living room & entrance

This unit has a private entrance with a kitchenette (with your own dishes and cups and a water storage, microwave, and toaster oven). T. V. Wifi and its own living room, closet, and mini refrigerator. It has a full-size bed and a futon sofa. We have central heat and air conditioning. You have access to the full kitchen. The bath is private. There are 2 steps to the main house. The door to the unit is an outside door, so it is more soundproof than an interior door. Private entrance.

You have a patio chiminea and bistro table outside your entrance. The yard is gated and private. We have security cameras.

If you would like to use the large deck, there is a grill outside on the back deck.

Must have verified profile, must have references, driver's license, and background check.
