Apartments right on the corner of newly-renovated downtown Kannapolis! In walking distance of retail stores, restaurants, the Cannon Ballers baseball stadium, Food Lion, the Gem theatre and coffee shops/family friendly brewery. New stores coming in all the time!
Rent is between $620/$720 depending on if you choose to have parking garage space, WiFi. Water and electric is not included in the $620, however, water is paid for by usage, so it’s whatever is used in the apartment that we’ll pay for.
The apartment is partially furnished:
It comes with in-unit washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher.
Not included: bed, desk, table, chairs, couch.
Looking for a clean, quiet roommate that doesn’t plan on having many people over or throwing parties.
Cats are okay, I plan on getting one myself, however, pet limit is two per room, in the complex.
Females 19-23 are welcome to room with me!
(I’m not comfortable having men/boys over, so plz no boyfriend sleepovers)
I’m a writer, so am kept to myself and work most days in Matthews.
