House common areas are completely furnished with shared appliances and furniture (the room for rent will NOT be furnished). Rent is $700/month. Utilities are split evenly between the roommates ($50-$100/month on average depending on use). House is currently shared with 2 other female roommates (including me) and has a kitten and large Axolotl/fish tank in the dining room. Perfect for a student or service member.
