-There is a mini gym in our garage.
-Parking.
-A neighborhood swimming pool.
-A very safe neighborhood.
-Big house, fully furnished minus a mattress in your room. (If you need a mattress provided, we can discuss.)
-A lot of space for additional storage
Landlord Requirements:
-Credit score 600+
-Proof on income
-Pass a background check
-Gender does not matter.
-No pets. ( I love them, but the home owner says no)
Your space:
-Room almost fully furnished . Only need a mattress.
-Your own fully furnished bathroom
-Office/storage or second hang out space.
-Parking space
-Walk in closet
