Rooms available in Townhouse located in RTP, 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Hwy 147, 2 minutes from Hwy 70, and 10 minutes from Hwy 85, 20 minutes from Chapel Hill and 10 minutes from Raleigh. There is a bathroom in the upstairs hallway, next to both bedrooms and a half bathroom downstairs that can be utilized as well. The home is fully furnished with all amenities including water, electric, a/c, heat and wi-fi in the rent. Washer and dryer are provided as well. The only furniture you will need to provide is for your bedroom. I do have a dog, so if you are dog friendly, that is a plus. I would prefer a roommate who is very tidy and clean and will respect the property as if it were their own. I'm asking for $800 for each room. No couples please.
