Room For Rent In My Home

I have a room for rent in my home. It is an average size room and is partially furnished. I furnish a single bed with a nightstand and I have a few other items that you could use if you need them. All utilities are furnished as well as Wifi, Internet, full use of living room, kitchen, washer, dryer, monitored Alarm system. Bathroom would only be shared by one other Tenant and that would depend on if I decide to rent out my 3rd Bedroom. There is a monitored Alarm System in the house. My last Tenant was here for 8 years so sharing my house is not new to me. I just ask you to clean up after yourself. I am very easy going and friendly but I do enjoy spending quiet time in my room listening to my music and playing my games online. I am always available if needed. I live almost in walking distance of Downtown Durham, Duke University and Duke Hospital. I am right on the City Bus line. I will post Photos tomorrow. I always respect my Tenants privacy and try to never bother them when they want to have time to themselves. I would like to find someone who is Friendly and gets along well with others. It could very possibly be just the two of us here unless I do rent out my 3rd bedroom and then we would still only have three in the house which should give all of us plenty of space.
