that I have seen. Yet, the WINSTON SALEM DASH ballpark has a bridge that connects US to THEM and therefore, really that’s the only time that you will hear any noise or know that SOMETHING IS GOING ON. The birds chirping is absolutely refreshing to wake up to daily.

💥The peace is worth its weight in gold. Therefore, if this is not for you PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you are someone who HAS people coming and going, PARTIES. loud music, excess COMPANY, etc..., THIS IS NOT, LET ME REPEAT, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

💥In addition, while our community is city close we still consider it COUNTRY QUIET. It softens the hustle and bustle of the city, with nearby parks and the lush forests offer no shortage of peaceful views and fresh air when you want to experience the peace and quiet of nature. We have local gyms extremely close, neighborhood stores, malls, restaurants, gaa stations, hospitals, etc... We are 3 minutes away from Baptist Hospital and 5 minutes from Forsyth. We are 1 minute from interstate 40/421 and 2 minutes from highway 52.

💥As for y(our) new HOME, it includes an active security system, pest control and lawn care.
We have assigned parking in front of our home. And the neighbors respect and honor that.

💥Lastly, rent is $800, the deposit is $200, and BOTH are expected before the day of move in.

🥰 ABOUT THE CURRENT ROOMATES -----There is now two roommates. One male who always works. Monday-Friday 8-5, comes in at 5:30, changes and is back out for their second job 6-12. Therefore
you will not see him except for coming and going. But in his stillness, he is a very awesome, clean, and an easy going person who lives for peace and the serenity of it all just as i do.
As for myself, I work full-time, Monday - Friday 8 - 5 for Healthcare. I spend a lot of time outwhen I'm OF. THE WATERFALLS, THE BEACHES, ETC. When home, I like nice smells, art, binge cooking and baking, or my room may lock me in and you may not see me from Friday night to Monday morning because TUBI TV HAS SOME AMAZING MOVIES so it all just depends on how hard that work week was. 😀

At then end of the day, we all have to work hard and do what we have to and for whatever our reasons are for NEEDING, WANTING OR CHOOSING TO ROOMATE.... Therefore, IT MUST BE A GOOD FIT FOR EVERY PERSON INVOLVED OR IT BECOMES HELL ON EARTH FOR EVERYONE AND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHOOSE THE VERY BEST PERSON THAT FITS OUR FLOW NOT JUST THE FLOW OF FINANCES.

In addition, I have a room available now because the 3rd gentleman moved out to get married and moved on after being here for quite some time.

Unfortunately, there are NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED in the house, just out of respect to those here. Company MOST DEFINITELY YES, BUT OVERNIGHTS NO!!!!!! This keeps all things respectful and less complicated.
If you need COUPLE ACCOMMODATIONS, THERE ARE HOMES THAT ACCEPT THAT, JUST NOT THIS ONE!

There is NO smoking in the house, but there is a patio where it is designated in the back...

💥EXTREMELY IMPORTANT....IF YOU SMOKE MARIJUANA, PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THAT IS YOUR RIGHT, YOUR BUSINESS AND IT IS ALL GOOD. BUT THIS HOME IS NOT FOR YOU. NOTHING AGAINST YOU AS A PERSON BUT JUST THE SMELL OF IT CAUSES ME TO GET SICK, NAUSEATED AND IRRITATED HONESTLY, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE HOUSE. I HAVE A SENSITIVITY TO IT AND I WILL NOT LIVE THAT WAY, SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THAT.
I AM HOPING TO FIND A ROOMIE(S) TO WHERE THIS SITUATION WILL BE A BLESSING TO ALL OF US, NOT A CURSE😅
