Four bedroom house in a neighborhood, one bedroom room and one private bathroom available within the home for rent. No pets allowed, No drama allowed, rent due the first of the month please be on time every month, No parties allowed, will request a criminal background check so be prepared to provide one before signing a lease. Must wear ear buds when listening to music, you would be roommates with one female, black roommate, that is 48 years old. You are welcome to share the room with one very small child if you have one.
