11 x 12 bedroom. Full private bath. Home has Specrum 500 maps/ wifi, room has bed with 75" TV. House has 6 person hottub , fire pit. Fenced back yard. Currently occupied by married couple w/ 2 dogs. We relax in bedroom and hardly ever use the living room. Utilities with cable run about $350 a month. Person needs to be neat and quiet. We are in early 50s and do not party , drink, or smoke. Very quiet and boring here. Just go to work, eat , watch TV lifestyle. Prefer older individual that has same lifestyle.
