Minutes from UNCG and A&T

Hello, I’m looking to rent out the bedrooms in my house while I’m out of town for business. The sub lease will last from May 1st at the earliest, and end on March 17th,2025. Rent will be expected the 1st of every month, and will inquire a late fee by the 5th. The house is perfect for college students, it’s 7-10 minutes from both A&T and UNCG. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The master will be rented out for 900 a month and the secondary person will have the other two bedrooms to themselves and the separate bathroom for 900 a month.
