Room to rent in 3b house

The house is very cute and is in a great location central to UNCG, lots of restaurants, shopping, public transit, parks and more. There is a working fireplace and a back deck overlooking a big yard. The house is still a blank canvas so if you have furniture you'd rather use than store then we have room for it. This situation is unique because you wouldn't be moving into "my" home, it would be just as much your own.
