The large room is unfurnished with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Double windows get nice afternoon sun with private view of the woods. Large common areas include the kitchen, dining room/living room, back patio and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Room including all utilities (electric, water, internet) equals approx $ 910.00 per month for each roommate.

Downstairs kitchen and living room is fully furnished with sofa set, side tables, TV, dining table, and several kitchen gadgets all common use. Back patio gets full sun with outdoor table and umbrella. New plant additions encouraged as I am a hobby gardener!

Our town house community features a swimming pool and lounge area, a pond, and plenty of private streets to go for a walk and get some fresh air. Walking distance to Bicentennial Greenway which is great for long walks or bike rides. Located near the airport and has very convenient access to the Highway ( RT's 40 & 840 ), grocery stores, restaurants, etc and is only a 15 min drive to downtown Greensboro. The apartment is 2 bed 2.5 bath with free guest parking.

I am Caroline (she/her), 23, and I have lived in the townhouse for 1 year. My current roommate is off to grad school soon so I am looking for someone new to share my space! I am a non-smoker, liberal-minded and full-time employed. I have a degree in Environmental & Sustainability Studies and enjoy gardening and being in nature. I love cooking and baking, and like being social as well as having independent time.
