Greensboro home, in search of 2 clean roommates

My father and I are renting this home and need two more occupants for the remaining rooms. Beautiful home in a nice area. I own a cat and a dog. The home has a large backyard, shared bathroom for new tenants, and a pond behind the house. Fire pit, covered parking space, access to washer and dryer, access to kitchen and shared living room. Looking for people who will keep the shared spaces clean. I have more photos of the home to share.
