i, m renting a bedroom from my home beginning july 1 its 500 per month access to your own bathroom, access to washer dryer stove and fridge are shared, must buy your own food, i pay utilities do not have a regular bed in the room i think its called a patoon bed but you may bring your own whatever works for you, do not have cable in the room but can have it hooked up if you desire, but you are welcome to watch big 55 inch tv in living room i, m on disability and need to extra money to put towards rent i will do a background check not intense, please no drugs allowed no pets landlord want allow pets on property would like 2 references
