Cozy Home in quite woodsy Neighborhood

1 Room available Late June Early July.

Bathroom is across from the room and will generally be yours unless guests visit.
Utilities and internet are included
Pets can be considered if they get along with my dog, pets in aquariums/tanks/cages kept in the room are fine.

House is on a quite street and has driveway, deck, fenced large woodsy yard. You can feel free to garden or have plants etc. The general house feel is eclectic (I don't care about matching furniture). I'm open to you painting the room if you want.
Shared space is the living/eating room, Tv room (in 3rd bed room), Kitchen/washer/dryer.
I work from home m-f and use the 'dining room' as my office/studio and prefer not to share that space.
Please note my house has steps up to every entryway.

My dog is a Great Pyrenees and is a very sweet cuddle bug but breed nature is to protect home so why other dogs will need to be considered first if you have any.

I tend to be on the quiet/ introverted / artsy side. Besides working a corporate day job I also work in ceramics.

I'm generally looking for someone that is not a big house 'partier' and does not smoke cigarettes.
Keep the shared space trash free.
I tend to load the dishwasher daily to keep the sink clear and ask you put the dishes into the dishwasher. -Ran daily.
