Hello everyone,
I'm subleasing my room in a 4-bedroom house from May to August. One of the rooms has its own bathroom, and since one of the roommates won't be here during the summer, you will be sharing the bathroom with only one other roommate. Additionally, there is a bathroom downstairs, so you don't have to worry about accessibility.
The roommates are chill and friendly, and the house is very quiet. It also features a big yard and a decent living room. This sublet is open to students only, so proof of your student status is required.
The room is fully furnished, and there is an outside parking spot available. Rent is $575 including utilities. This arrangement is perfect for someone doing their internship here during the summer or having summer classes. The house is located in College Downs, very close to UNCC.
