1 room for rent 12’x12’ in no-frills house. Prefer you have a job and transportation. Open April 1. House is in a very safe neighborhood, so we will vet you. 2 of us here now in a 4-bedroom place. You will be the third person here. We work from home. One of us is a bank employee and the other a photographer. Not a party house, but we do drink and watch Star Wars shows or bad movies on occasion. Pretty relaxing atmosphere. Easy walking to all amenities.
