Single Room in 2 bed apartment in Charlotte

My boyfriend and I are moving into a 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment in early October. Each room has its own bathroom inside the room and there is a shared living room/kitchen area. Very spacious apartment and will have images closer to move in date. The offered rent is $975 which includes a rough estimate of utilities, a washer dryer rental, and general half of the rent. Room is unfurnished but is able to fit a king sized bed. We also have a puppy, no more pets please!
