Third female roommate wanted

3rd female roommate wanted in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. South of Plaza Midwood. Shared bathroom with me. 4th bedroom will be a shared guest room we can all utilize.
Fully fenced in backyard.
Room is not furnished but the rest of the house will be.
Two current roomies are myself- I'm 34, a teacher and super active outdoors. Other roomie is 31, a flight attendant who's only home half the time and an all around lovely person! Plus one very energetic and cuddly 30lb dog.
Looking for another adult professional who is reasonably tidy and considerate. We're a pretty relaxed, happy home!
You'll have to put in your own application to the rental company to join the lease- a $55 fee.
We would consider other pets on a case by case basis.
$750 includes internet but not other utilities. Shouldn't be too much split among the 3 of us.
