2-Br townhome Roommate Search!

I'm looking for a roommate starting Oct. 1st in the Laurel Avenue Apartments the the beautiful Elizabeth neighborhood. The 2-br town-home has original hardwood floors, a fireplace and updated kitchen appliances. The parking is convenient and there is a nice courtyard inside the complex. There is a shared bathroom but I am respectful of others needs. I'm open to either a boy or girl as my current roommate is a girl (she is relocating). I'm a working professional at a resident at a local Orthotic and Prosthetic company and spend most of my time outdoors. Please consider this great opportunity and follow-up as needed.
