Divorced, single mother (son lives on his own), seeking a compatible roommate to share space in my home. I'm fun and outgoing. Enjoy sporting events, outdoors, music, travel, beaches/mountains, spending time with my son and friends. Hard working with an active lifestyle. Meticulous when it comes to a clean home and a well-kept yard (yep, I take care of the lawn myself lol). Have great neighbors and live in a safe neighborhood, close to everything! Looking for someone with the same likes and ethics. The perfect roommate would be someone who is completely trustworthy, has a steady income/job, is neat and clean, respectful of my home, and brings no drama. The guest bedroom currently has a Queen bedframe and matching dresser - my son took his when he moved to his own place - looking to replace with a new boxspring and mattress soon.
