I need a new roommate to sign a lease with me at the end of March! I live in Huntersville, NC and I love it here. This apartment complex I live in serves free breakfast every day.
Cost: ~$860 plus utilities
Lease Length: 1 year (March 27, 2024 - March 27, 2025)
Layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room ($1,716 total)
I do not smoke, I have no pets, and I want to find someone who checks these boxes too. Attached here are some sample photos I took from the fake apartment in the office, simply to show the size and layout.
To live here, you will need to provide the office with necessary documents. This includes ID, proof of income, etc.
