Garage parking for vehicle. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Large backyard with patio. Minutes from uptown. I'm a single male business owner, I work typically six sometimes 7 days a week. I'm looking to only rent one room out it's a four bedroom house. 2500 ft. More than enough room then I need.
