Hi there! I live in a 3 bed 2 bath home and am looking for a clean, considerate and responsible roomie. The rent includes internet and utilities.
The room has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand with lamp which I can move if you have your own furnishings. There is a bathroom which can be for your exclusive use, but it is not a true ensuite. I work M-F 9-5. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to South Park and Matthews, with easy access to downtown. The room will be available October 28th. I do have a dog and am open to a housemate who also has a pet. I spend most nights cooking and watching my favorite shows. NO DRAMA! Pictures available upon request.
