One big room with a personal bathroom. Also contains a shower, toilet and sink. There is a bed provided if needed. Utilities included in rent water, electricity and internet.

More about the room it has 6 windows and 2 fans. The room has a bed included and a personal fridge. Shared washer and dryer.

I am looking for responsible people that will pay the rent on a timely date. Preferably people that are respectable and considerate to the other roommates, Such as playing loud music and not leaving clothes in the washer/dryer etc.

Living here would kind of be like having your own personal apartment. All the roommates here typically spend their own personal time in their room. Shared areas may be living room, kitchen and the laundry machine.

I am thinking of purchasing a personal air fryer/microwave or mini stove if you would like to cook in your room instead.
